We have chosen our next school for our donation!

First off Thank You for all of the donations and support in 2019. We are having a busy year but are very excited for our Fall donation. We received over 40 nomination letters detailing the needs of high school athletic programs all over San Diego. We have selected a girls varsity basketball team and we will be announcing the name of that school on Oct 1s, 2019. Our 2019 golf tournament was an amazing success and we appreciate all that were involved. Our annual tournament lunch with the folks at RB INN is in November and that is when we eat some great food and lock in our date for the next years tournament. We hope you can be a part of it! New Uniforms for the Boys Track & Field program at Clairemont High School

What another busy day for One More Win! This time, we visited the Boys Track & Field team at Clairemont High School. It is always a struggle to choose between different nominations, but this one really stood out to us. Their coach, Tracy Wright, wrote us a letter explaining how the team runs in mismatched uniforms during their own practices and meets! As a high school, having new uniforms can boost the slightest bit of confidence during competing.
So we decided to donate completely brand new uniforms to the team.
We threw in something a little extra as well into their donation,
brand new warm-ups! It was so amazing to see the looks on their faces when
we presented the new gear to the team. As the Spring sports die out,
Fall sports season is just around the corner! Click here to nominate

Fall Sports Donation - Crawford High School

What a great day! After wrapping up a very busy summer we had the opportunity to help 6 different sports at Crawford High School. We had received a letter asking for us to donate uniforms to the track team. However, after we did our research, we realized that Crawford was such a unique school with so many deserving athletes. We were able to deliver almost $20,000 worth of sports equipment to Crawford High School. Those sports included volleyball, tennis, football, track & field, soccer and cross country. In front of the school, we unveiled 55 sets of brand new shoulder pads for the Crawford Colts football program. Our highlight reel is located on our Home page; take a look! What a great event! Weather was perfect and everyone came ready to play. The 1 More Win Charity Golf tournament at Rancho Bernardo Inn raised over $25,000 for underserved high school athletes in San Diego.
   Thanks to an amazing crew of volunteers that ran a day of games, raffles, beverages, pizza holes, car photo shoots and a lot of music and fun!
   Big thanks to our Platinum sponsors, San Diego County Credit Union and UTVunderground.com.
   We also had amazing aiming fluid thanks to the generosity of folks like Mike Hess Brewing, Pizza Port, and Lost Abbey!
   Amazing food contributions from Ranch Catering, Flipping Pizza, and Jersey Mikes.
We really couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue than Rancho Bernardo Inn Golf course. We sat down with Matt and Brian in December and 3 months later we were LIVE. They couldn't have made the process any easier and they were willing to do anything we needed on a moments notice. Thanks for the added giveaways etc. THANK YOU. Special love goes to Toby, Matt, and Trevor who were beyond what we needed and more. Thanks again guys.

LET'S GOLF AND RAISE SOME MONEY!

We hope you will join us in support of our 1st annual golf tournament at Rancho Bernardo Inn Golf Course in San Diego, on Saturday, March 5th. The tournament will benefit our charity, 1 More Win. This is an extraordinary event you won’t want to miss! It’s a chance to give back with the love of golf and help elevate the high school sports experience for youth in schools that do not see the support or funding like others.

The golf tournament will be a 12 o’clock, noon shotgun on Rancho Bernardo’s championship golf course. Rated 9 out of 10 by the U-T San Diego!

Proceeds from the tournament will implement 1 More Win’s mission to help underserved High School athletic programs with necessary equipment and resources.

We were able to set up the varsity wrestling squad with new uniforms. They haven't had the best win/loss record over the past couple of years but we hope the new gear will inspire them to walk onto the opposing teams mat with some confidence. Go Patriots! scroll down to see the video...

by Jesse Lozano Wow! These guys are huge! I know I keep staying that but I guess I'm just feeling small next to some of the monsters from Madison High School. Thanks to our friends at The Super Dentists and All Phase Electric in Poway, the MHS Warhawks were able attend a Charger game!

Some of them were at their first game ever. I forgot to send a memo about making sure to bring lawn chairs but its all good, they are building endurance. I was super bummed I didn't get included in the "cut down festival" the players were having in the middle of the party (see pictures), but one of the coaches told me they might record what they are saying and send it in to my show on Star 94.1…

Thanks again to our great partners at Slaters 50/50, as they supplied UNLIMITED food for the boys. Also, Santiago and the crew at The Donut Bar came through once again with some football inspired donuts… I have had a mild weight gain in 2014, I partially blame Santiago… Thanks again to everyone involved and lets get this season started! Our tailgate series with Slaters 50/50 officially kicked off at yesterdays game vs the Cowboys! With a donation from Sierra Pacific, RAMONA HIGH SCHOOL'S Varsity football team was nominated to attend a tailgate party along with tickets in to the game. Those boys can eat! They had a 3 hamburger challenge. Who ever ate 3 hamburgers didn't have to do any conditioning the next day at practice. There was a handful of them who managed to get out of conditioning!
